Training

I co-design and co-facilitate trainings  rooted in relational principles that help support community engagement. Throughout my career, I have had the pleasure of offering learning experiences for a large variety of groups including: municipal teams, nonprofits, crisis response teams, HR departments, bipartisan candidate organizations, international development agencies, youth engagement groups, environmental education teams, and women entrepreneurs. Got a group that could benefit? Inquire.

Meeting Facilitation

Lovingly referred to as a “harmonious orchestrator of teams,” I support groups in facilitating clear, effective meetings that move their work forward. Drawing on a range of decision-making models, I collaborate with teams to design processes that align with their goals and create spaces where thoughtful, collaborative decisions can emerge.

"Meg genuinely trusts the insights of the group. As a gentle facilitator and leader she slows the pace to ensure everyone is heard and their wisdom is incorporated. As well, she hits the ground running when the work calls for it. It is a gift to work alongside her."
